The sample analysis process begins once payment has been completed. Payment can be made online through the website www.genosophy.gr or via bank transfer to one of the following accounts at Piraeus Bank, National Bank of Greece, or Alpha Bank.
Please make sure to include your full name in the payment description.
If you change your mind after receiving the Test kit, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, at your own shipping expense, to the GENOSOPHY address. Once we receive the kit and confirm that it has not been opened, the full amount you paid will be refunded.
